Amendments or Changes to Orders

If your order has not been picked or dispatched we can make amendments, however, Once an order is dispatched placed we’re unable to make any amendments. This includes name, phone number, product quantities, items, delivery and email address on the orders. If you need to update your address, please request this directly with the courier delivering your order. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched and any changes should be directed to the shipping company themselves. 

Damaged Items

Please send an e-mail to customerservice@toolmarket.com.au with all the information relating to your damaged item/s and our team will respond as soon as possible. For faulty products, please write to us at customerservice@toolmarket.com.au

Refunds

You have 7 days from the date your items arrive to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
