Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please email customerservice@toolmarket.com.au with your order number, details of the issue and photos or videos where possible.

Once the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange return delivery. We’ll provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be unused, unassembled, clean and in resalable condition, with their original packaging in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Please email customerservice@toolmarket.com.au for approval before returning your items.
