Holiday Trading

We will not be dispatching any orders after the 12th of December, as our shipping partners will be closed.

Our office will be closed for the holiday period from 19 December to 5 January. Please email sales@toolmarket.com.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible when we return. For any post-sales inquiries, exchanges, or refunds, please email customerservice@toolmarket.com.au

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 weeks
If your order is in stock, delivery will be arranged within 7–14 days once full payment has been received.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Click & Collect

Once your order is confirmed, our customer service team will contact you when it’s ready for collection.
Please allow up to 2–3 business days for our warehouse to prepare your order.

Warehouse Collection Hours:
 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are determined by our courier partners and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
 The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.


Tracking and Notifications

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your shipment is booked.

Most of our courier partners provide live tracking.

Free Delivery

Orders over $250 may qualify for free shipping terms and conditions apply.
Free delivery excludes warehouse collections and certain product categories, including:

  • Shelving

  • Outdoor Living (specifically Corten steel products)

  • Bathroom items

Tool Market Australia offers free shipping on selected items under 10kg within Australia only.

Shipping costs will apply for larger or heavier items. While we make every effort to keep shipping costs under $50, if the cost exceeds this amount, we’ll contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any additional charges.

Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on real-time data from our transport providers and are subject to change.


Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your order, please email us at sales@toolmarket.com.au within 24 hours of placing it.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure all details — including sizes, colours, and specifications — are correct before finalising your purchase.
