Wearing Method:

1. Face the side of the mask without a nose clip, and pull the ear straps with both hands so that the nasal splint is above the mask
2. Use a mask against the chin
3. Pull the ear strap back to the ear, adjust the ear strap to feel as comfortable as possible 
4. Place your fingers on the middle of the metal nasal splint, pressing inward, while moving your fingertips along with the nose clips until the nose clip is completely pressed into the shape of the bridge of the nose. Using only one hand to pinch the nose clip may affect the adhesion of the mask
