You have 7 days from the date your items arrive to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Tool Market.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Tool Market reserves the right to refuse refunds for damaged items, but we will do our best to reimburse you or reach a fair resolution.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if items show no obvious signs of use and remain in their original condition, undamaged, and complete.
Tool Market reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Tool Market does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an item has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel before shipping, a full refund can be arranged.
