The National Construction Code(NCC) sets out the requirements for the design and construction of buildings in Australia, including plumbing and drainage work. It sets the minimum required level for the safety, health, amenity, accessibility and sustainability of certain buildings.

The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) released NCC 2022on 1 October 2022 to allow industry time to adjust to the new requirements and structure prior to it becoming mandatory.PDFs of all volumesare available for download. NCC 2022 have been adopted by states and territories on 1 May 2023.
Transitional arrangements for the following specific requirements in Victoria:
New livable housing requirements commence 1 October 2023
New energy efficiency and condensation mitigation requirements commence 1 October 2023
New lead-free plumbing product requirements commence 1 September 2025.
The transitional arrangements will allow practitioners to continue using the relevant provisions of NCC 2019until the end of the relevant transition period.
Energy efficiency and condensation mitigation requirements
The ABCB is updating the NCC to strengthen minimum requirements for the energy efficiency of new homes. The new energy efficiency and condensation mitigation requirements commence in Victoria on 1 October 2023.
The changes will make homes cheaper to run, more comfortable to live in and more resilient to extreme weather.
Victoria will also remove barriers to installation of efficient electric hot water systems, helping households to capture further benefits from investing in solar panels, and supporting those who choose all-electric new homes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
