Every custom piece is quoted individually. Because it needs its own drawings and tooling before it can be made, it usually costs more than a similar product in one of our standard sizes. Your quote shows delivery to your address separately.

No. We're happy to make a single piece, or a matching set for a bigger project.

Custom pieces are made to order and arrive on our next container. Our next shipment is due late January to early February 2027. We'll confirm your expected arrival when you approve your drawings and keep you updated.

Orders under $10,000 (including GST) are paid in full when you order. For orders of $10,000 or more, you pay a 70% deposit when you order and the balance before dispatch.

You can cancel for a full refund within 7 days of paying your deposit or the full price. After 7 days, custom orders can't be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. Because each piece is made just for you, custom items can't be returned for a change of mind.

Yes. Many of our planters, garden beds and fountains can be made in a different size. Tell us which product and the size you need in the form below.
